Is there a reservation in UPSC CAPF
Up to a max of 3 years is relaxed in the case of students belonging to the OBC category provided they are eligible to avail of the reservation applicable to such candidates.
Maximum of 5 years for Ex-Servicemen and Civilian Central Government Servants in accordance with the existing instructions of the Central Government.
CAPF held twice?
CAPFs ACS Examination is conducted once a year. Generally, the form comes in March/April and the exam is conducted in June/July.
- Physical examination is conducted in Oct/Nov
- Interview in Jan
- The final result in Feb
Are CAPF and CSE the same?
Definitely! Both the Examinations are conducted by the same recruitment agency and the syllabus of General Ability and Intelligence (Paper I) of CAPF is identical to the General Studies (Paper I) of the CSE-Prelims.
Can final year apply for UPSC CAPF?
For Union Public Service Commission UPSC CAPF at least a graduate degree in any discipline will be required.
